1324 N. Broad Street Development

Construction has begun on what will be a Beautiful 18-story metal and glass residential high rise.  Located directly off of the southwest corner of Broad and Master Streets.  This latest and greatest Philadelphia Real Estate development project will be located in close proximity to Temple University’s main campus, and directly next to Philadelphia’s historical Blue Horizon boxing venue and New Freedom Theatre. 

The Philadelphia based Advisory Firm, ALL Commercial Capital, raised such funds in unique fashion, by gathering participation from 3 separate local and regional lending institutions resulting in the groundbreaking of this state of the art, multi-family and student housing facility.  With an estimated completion date of spring, 2019, The Nest will become the newest high-rise development project at Temple University.  The original plan for this project called for a 180-unit, 17 story tower when it was received by All Commercial Capital’s Commercial Real Estate Division. In coordination with EB&S, Inc. and architectural firm, Cecil Baker & Partners, the team was able to increase the number of proposed residential units to 192, housing 464 new tenants.  In conjunction with the additional units, their unique market study and financial analysis allotted for a significant boost in forecasted profits for the new high-rise, while sustaining the top of the line amenities for The Nests future residents.
