John Gordy, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of All Commercial Capital, has over 5 years of experience in the Lending industry and over 13 years of sales experience, working within both a small and very large corporate structure across the continental US and Worldwide. John has a very strong analytics background, helping both individuals and companies understand their financial needs and goals, breaking down and providing areas of potential improvement, and decision-making and strategy implementation to achieve their financial expectations. John has worked both independently and side-by-side with clients in the financial world, developing key strategies to increase and continue profits in an ever-changing economy. Prior to moving into the financial world, John worked in sales for large corporations including Daiichi Sankyo and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, enabling him to develop top-level sales, customer service, and management skills. Before joining All Commercial Capital, John worked for residential correspondent lending institutions, such as Advisors Mortgage Group, Equity Prime Loans, and Tidewater mortgage, originating over $20MM in residential mortgage loans over that period. To date, John has aided in successfully originating over $150,000,000 in commercial financing opportunities for the clients and customers of All Commercial Capital.
John attended the University of Delaware where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Sociology. He brings eagerness and a strong desire to help small and large business owners, investors and developers, as he is a true entrepreneur at heart.
