ALL Commercial Capital’s debt restructure repositions Nevada roofing service giant for explosive growth opportunities

ALL Commercial Capital was hired by one of Nevada’s top local roofing companies, in January of 2016, to assist in refinancing their current property location as well as restructuring their short term debt.  Over the preceding 6 month period, ACC was able to advise & assist in restructuring the company’s debt load, extending terms where possible, negotiating prepayment penalties and other bank related fees, as well extending additional financing options.  This helped the company avoid risky debt types, while enjoying opportunities for capital deployment at the touch of a button. ALL Commercial Capital utilized a SBA 7a Refinance + Working Capital Loan, restructuring all company debt for the client, and adding well over $400,000 EBITDA back on the books.  Soon after closing ACC then located an A/R Advance Line of Credit which allowed PRS to take on higher margin work orders which historically require more capital for materials.  As a result of the debt restructure efforts put forth by the ALL Commercial Team, PRS Nevada saves $40,000/month to the bottom line and can now advance 90% of closed job pay up-front of putting a single shingle on the roof.
