Blanket Mortgage for Real Estate Investor

ALL Commercial Capital has funded a $1,024,500 blanket mortgage to a real estate investor in West Chester, Pennsylvania.  The new loan increases total portfolio cash flow by $3,500 per month by increasing the amortization schedule to 30 years, and decreasing the average interest rate by more than 3.5%!!!  Additionally, our client left the table with over $38,000 cash, set aside for additional real estate portfolio acquisitions.
