With its 6th location opening at the Sterling Apartment Homes, Philadelphia, Ken Davies, CEO of City Fitness wanted to do something unprecedented.  And with ALL Commercial Capital’s help he did just that, opening an expansive 40,000 sq. ft. facility, housing every state-of-the-art amenity a fitness club can offer.  The club features everything from sauna and hydro-massage, to individual and group training classes.  The funding of this facility now opens the door for City Fitness’ explosive growth through the remainder of the decade with BIG PLANS on the horizon.
