ALL Commercial Capital locates construction financing of $2.04MM for Seybert Ingersoll Apartment Buildings

With the project having already commenced, it was a sprint to the finish for the All Commercial Capital team to fund this 9 unit, 14,000 sq. ft. project.  In doing so, ACC was able to provide funds to the development team without prepayment penalty or a permanent financing requirement from its banking affiliates.  This allowed the building owner to then refinance the property after stabilization only 5 short months after construction funding had been completed!  ACC obtained a $2,400,000 refinance package for the client, with a rate under 4.00%, an amortization table of 30 years, and cash reimbursement to the client of over $500,000.
